Creating a clear invoice should not require a complicated accounting platform or a long setup process. Nebula Invoice is a focused invoice builder for freelancers, small businesses, contractors and anyone who needs to prepare a professional document quickly.

The utility lets you enter company and customer information, add products or services, calculate taxes, include notes and export the finished invoice as a PDF. It runs directly in your browser, so you can move from a blank document to a ready-to-send invoice without creating another account for a separate service.

How to create an invoice

Open the Games & Utilities tab in the Nebula app or on the website, expand Utilities and choose Nebula Invoice. You need an active earning session before a utility can open.

Once the invoice builder loads, follow these steps:

1. Add your company details. Enter the business or sender name and the contact information you want the customer to see. Use only the details that belong on the final document. 2. Enter the customer information. Add the recipient's name, company and billing details. Previously saved customers can make repeat invoices faster on the same device. 3. Set the invoice details. Add the invoice number, issue date, due date and any other reference information needed for your records. 4. Add line items. Create a row for each product or service. Enter a description, quantity, price and tax rate where applicable. Add or remove rows until the invoice matches the work completed. 5. Review totals and notes. Check the subtotal, taxes and final amount. Use the notes area for payment instructions, a short thank-you message or other relevant information. 6. Choose a theme. Pick the visual style that best fits the document and confirm that long names, descriptions and numbers remain easy to read. 7. Export the PDF. Generate the finished file, review it and save it to your device. You can then send it using your preferred email or messaging service.

The builder also supports QR and barcode elements. These can be useful when an invoice needs a scannable reference, payment destination or internal tracking code. Always check the encoded value before sending the document.

Designed for focused document creation

Nebula Invoice keeps the workflow centered on the invoice itself. There is no separate subscription to manage and no additional account setup inside the tool. The regular utility price is 5 NEB per use, with a maximum of five uses per day. Staff testing accounts may have different access rules.

The utility is especially useful when you already know what must appear on an invoice and simply need a clean document. Themes help make the result presentable, while editable rows allow anything from a single service charge to a longer itemized bill.

Your invoice stays on your device

The invoice builder runs in the browser. Nebula does not store your invoice content, customer records or completed PDFs in its database. Customer details saved by the utility remain in local browser storage on that device.

This local approach has practical consequences. Clearing browser or app data can remove saved customers and preferences. Saved information also does not automatically appear on another phone or computer. Keep your own copies of completed invoices and any records you are legally required to retain.

Because invoices can contain personal and financial information, review every field before export. Avoid entering passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or other secrets that do not belong on an invoice.

What Nebula Invoice does not replace

Nebula Invoice creates and exports documents; it is not a full bookkeeping, tax filing or payment collection system. It does not decide which taxes apply, verify customer information, send payment reminders or submit records to authorities.

Invoice requirements vary by country, business type and transaction. You remain responsible for checking that invoice numbers, tax details, company information, payment terms and record retention meet the rules that apply to you.
