Nebula World Radio: Listen to Live Stations Worldwide
# Nebula World Radio: Listen to Live Stations Worldwide
Radio remains one of the simplest ways to discover music, news, talk and local culture. Nebula World Radio brings live internet stations into one focused player, with browsing tools for finding broadcasts from different countries and genres.
The utility is a tuner rather than a hosting service. It connects directly to station streams listed by the open Radio Browser community directory. That gives listeners a broad range of choices while allowing each station to operate its own stream, programming and advertising.
How to start listening
Open the Games & Utilities tab in the Nebula app or on the website, expand Utilities and select Nebula World Radio. An active earning session is required before any utility can open.
Then use the player step by step:
1. Browse the station list. Explore available broadcasts and use the country or genre choices to narrow the results. 2. Choose a station. Select a station to start its live stream. A short buffering delay is normal, especially on slower connections or when the station server is busy. 3. Use the player controls. Pause or resume the stream without leaving the radio screen. When Media Session controls are supported by your phone or browser, the current station can also appear in the notification area or on the lock screen. 4. Save favourites. Mark stations you want to find again. Favourites are stored locally, making it quicker to return to regular choices on the same device. 5. Shape the sound. Use the built-in equalizer sliders to adjust the balance to your preference. Results depend on the stream, device and speakers or headphones being used. 6. Switch the appearance. Choose the available light or dark theme for comfortable listening.
The player can show station information supplied by the directory or stream. Some stations provide detailed names and artwork, while others publish only basic information.
One access fee, no daily listening cap
The regular access price for Nebula World Radio is 5 NEB. The catalog does not apply a daily usage cap, so after meeting the access requirement you are not limited to a fixed number of stations or listening sessions for that day. Staff testing accounts may follow different rules.
Favourites and theme choices stay in local browser storage. They are not saved to your Nebula profile and do not automatically synchronize across devices. Clearing app or browser data can remove them.
Lock-screen and background controls
On supported devices, the radio player uses standard media controls. This may let you pause, resume, stop or move between stations from the lock screen or notification area. The station name and available artwork may also be displayed there.
Background playback works while the utility page remains open. You can switch to another app or turn off the screen and the audio may continue, depending on your device's browser and battery settings. Closing the Nebula app entirely ends playback. A phone can also suspend a background page to save power, so uninterrupted playback is not guaranteed.
Why some stations do not play
Nebula does not host, own or curate these audio streams. Station entries come from the open Radio Browser community directory, and the player connects listeners to the address supplied for each broadcast.
A station may be offline, change its stream address, limit listeners by region, reject a particular browser or temporarily reach capacity. Mobile networks, firewalls and connection quality can also affect playback. If one station fails, try another listing or return later.
Station names, logos, descriptions, programmes and advertisements belong to their respective operators. Their presence in the directory does not imply an affiliation with or endorsement by Nebula. The utility does not provide recording or stream-ripping tools.
Data and connection considerations
Live radio uses an internet connection continuously. Listening time and stream quality affect data consumption, so check your mobile plan before using it away from Wi-Fi. Higher-bitrate stations generally use more data.
Audio comes directly from third-party station servers. Those operators may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address, just as they would when their stream is opened in another internet radio player. Review a station's own policies if you need details about how it operates.
Where to find it
Go to Games & Utilities → Utilities → Nebula World Radio in the app or on the website. Start an earning session, choose a country or genre and select a live station. Save working favourites locally, and keep in mind that stream availability can change at any time.
