How Nebula Protocol subscriptions work
Every Nebula Protocol account earns NEB the same way: you start a session, the server records a base rate, and that rate is adjusted by a set of published multipliers — your referral network, your trust circle, your KYC level, daily streaks, and any temporary boosts you have earned. A subscription is one more multiplier in that stack, plus a set of convenience features that remove the manual steps a free account has to repeat every day.
Because every multiplier is applied server-side, your effective rate is always visible in the rate composition panel inside the app. Nothing about a subscription is hidden: if you subtract your subscription multiplier, you get exactly the free-tier number back. Choosing a tier
Gold — for the casual daily user
Gold removes the rewarded-ad requirement from your bonus claims while keeping the same daily claim ceiling as a free account. In practice this means you still get the same number of bonus claims per day, but you get them back in seconds instead of minutes. It is the cheapest way to make a one-minute daily routine out of what was previously a five-minute one.
Platinum — for the consistent earner
Platinum adds an automated check-in multiplier on top of everything Gold offers. If you were already logging in every day, claiming every bonus, and maintaining your streak, Platinum turns that behaviour into a scheduled, server-side allocation that cannot be lost to a missed evening or a timezone rollover. It is the tier that most reliably pays for itself for active users.
Nebula — for the passive holder
Nebula is built for people who want the account to run without them. Ad-gated quests disappear from the daily list, the highest check-in multiplier is applied automatically, and NEB transfers are exempt from the tiered daily transfer cap. If you treat Nebula Protocol as a long-hold position rather than a daily habit, this is the tier that matches that behaviour.
Payment, renewal, and refunds
Card payments run through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Crypto payments run through NOWPayments and are credited once the network confirms the transaction, which typically takes a few minutes but can take longer during congestion. Card subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled from the app at any time — cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your current period untouched. Crypto subscriptions are one-off purchases with a fixed end date and never auto-renew.
If a payment is captured but your tier does not activate within an hour, contact support with the payment reference and we will reconcile it manually. Refund requests are handled case by case under the terms of service; a subscription that has already delivered its earning multipliers for a full period is generally not refundable.
What a subscription is not
A subscription is not an investment product, a security, or a claim on the project's treasury. It does not entitle you to a share of revenue, and it does not guarantee that NEB will have any particular market value now or in the future. Earning multipliers act on in-app points; converting those points into on-chain tokens requires completing identity verification and is subject to the published limits and holding rules.
